Patricia, loved to sing while listening to the sounds of Mississippi Mass Choir, and finding laughs and relaxation on Facebook. Caring for her grandchildren as they were her greatest treasure. Patricia found so much joy in being an endearing “Nana”. Her loving heart would take in and give love and support to any child in need. Patricia was strong on encouraging her family and friends about the value of education and the power of knowledge. She enjoyed mentoring about relationships and love. Her face would light up when sharing wisdom of her green thumb with her family and anyone she would meet. Patricia had a special love for gardening flowers and trees. Bragg, NC from 1991 until she retired in 2015. Patricia Pennix was a Phlebotomist and Civil Service Member at Womack Army Medical Center, Ft. She created a devoted and comforting home in various places of duty, Ft. She was by her husband’s side during his 21 years of service in the United States Army. Patricia Pennix was a loving, dedicated, and supportive military wife. This union was blessed with three children, Telisa Pharris, Brandon Pennix, and Theodore (Teddy) Pennix. They were married in Holy Matrimony on August 13, 1971. She then attended Marshall University, in Huntington, West Virginia, where she would meet the love of her life, Beverly Tyrone (Buddy) Pennix. ![]() Patricia Ann Pennix graduated from South Point High School, in South Point, Ohio, class of 1968. She was the daughter of the late Hosea and Dorothy Chapman, and was born on September 5, 1949, in Huntington, West Virginia. Patricia (Pat) Ann Pennix,72, of Fayetteville, NC, gained her wings while resting peacefully in her home. ![]()
